• Parking: We travelled by car and the property was easy to find. Free parking was available in the hotel’s carpark. • Keys: Check-in was quick and easy via receptionist who was friendly, and the rooms were accessed via codes • First impression: The hotel is in an industrial complex, on the other side of the river, but we felt safe to walk 45 minutes and cross the bridge to get to the main part of the city. • Kitchen & Bathroom: There was a large sink in the room. The showers and toilets were shared and located in the central part of the building very close to the rooms. They were clean, and always available. I noticed them being cleaned regularly by service staff, and they were never busy. • Bedroom: There was no lift, but that was not a problem as our bedrooms were on the first floor. We had two adjacent (tandem) double bedrooms with a soft bed and pillows, clean bedsheets and towels. The room in general was not too big, with a window that opened out into the garden at the back. • Amenities: There was a microwave in the reception area, along with a kitchen sink and dining table on the ground floor. There was a TV in each room. • Conclusion: We just needed a comfortable accommodation for the night for a family of four, and this property met all our expectations, and we would be happy to stay there on our next visit.

Firstly, the price. As far as I was looking for the cheap but good option, I’m satisfied with what I’ve got. Then, though the location isn’t in the downtown, there is a bus stop in 5 minutes from the hotel, so you can easily reach the city centre. Besides, the staff is cute and friendly. Speaking about the room, it’s not of a big size, but that was enough. There is a TV, a mirror, a small table, two chairs and a bed. Also there are hooks for hanging things. Especially I liked the fact that there is a sink in the room, I find it handy.

The room itself is great. The beds are comfortable and clean. The floors are clean. The design of the room with artistic work is nice. The room has a table and chairs. The room is a decent size. The air conditioning works well. It was quiet. The shared bathroom is kept decently clean. The room has no key but a pass code. The check in desk is open 24 hours. Only a 15 minute drive to the city centre of Bordeaux. Very reasonable price for Bordeaux and conditions.

The room was adequate to my needs, very comfortable bed and pillows. Cruise ship style ensuite, great shower. Room was serviced after two nights . The girls in reception were very friendly and easy going. Parking was free ,plentiful and secure.....which is rare in the city. After many ordinary reviews, I was hesitant to book. So glad I did . Great value for money !

On the outskirts of Bordeaux in a quiet location but close enough to the city if you want to visit. It’s only a few minutes walk to catch a bus, so you can leave the car behind and save the hassle of driving and parking in the busy city. Breakfast is good value and there’s plenty of choice and as much coffee as you want. There is plenty of free parking space.
